Users may see a "Windows Presentation Foundation terminal server print W has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" error message when trying to print from 2ic Pallets in the Cloud.

Resolution: Make sure that at least .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is installed. It is available from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...88a0bdb72a
